Cancellations

48-hours notice required in advance to change or cancel any services at no charge. Changes or cancellations made after the 48 hour window are subject to a charge of up to 50% of the service (includes gift cards and gift certificates). Cancelations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be subject to a charge of up to 100% of the service (includes gift cards and gift certificates). Payment in full may be required to schedule your next appointment.

Late Appointments

If you are late to an appointment, we will do our best to fit you in and do a full treatment. Please understand that your therapist may need to shorten the treatments as to not inconvenience other guests. We may need to reschedule your appointment if you're more than 15 minutes late.

Appointments 

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first treatment to fill out paperwork and to allow time for your health and skin care assessment and allow fifteen minutes for post consult. Please turn your phones to silent while in treatment rooms.

Gratuity  

Gratuity is not included in your service fee and is left to your discretion.
